Ramer, known ca. 1860s, as the Ramer House, ca. 1880s-1890s, as the St. Clair Hotel, and in the 20th century as the Everett House, Martinsburg, Berkeley County, W. Va. Also included is a guest register, 1868-1870, scattered bills and receipts, 1864-1889, a dinner menu, 1890, and a letter, 1904.
